Teams that understand
each other, work better.
Pyxis Lane works alongside Malaysian organisations to build clear structures, develop capable leaders, and help teams find their working rhythm — without disrupting what already works.
Three ways we can work together
Each engagement is built around real conversations and leaves your team with something practical to use.

Organisation Design Engagement

How we work differently
Grounded in real conversations
Every engagement starts with listening. We draw from what people in your organisation are actually experiencing, not from off-the-shelf templates.
Clear deliverables, no fluff
Each engagement ends with something written and agreed. You keep the output, use it in meetings, and refer to it as your team grows.
Trade-offs shown openly
We present options alongside their trade-offs. You make the call. There is no single right answer and we do not pretend otherwise.
Malaysian business context
We understand the dynamics of Malaysian workplaces — mixed working styles, multilingual teams, and the particular pressures of growth in this region.
Fits around your schedule
Sessions are planned to fit your operational calendar, not the other way around. We work with your team's time, not against it.
A collegial, unhurried approach
We bring the same steadiness to difficult team conversations that you would want at a well-run roundtable. Calm, focused, and respectful of everyone in the room.
Ready to talk about your team?
Whether you are managing a team that has grown quickly, leading managers who need more support, or running an organisation that has outgrown its current shape — we are happy to start with a conversation.
Things people often ask us
How long does a typical engagement take?
The Team Alignment Workshop is a single half-day, usually preceded by a one-hour planning call. The Leadership Development Series runs over several weeks with sessions spaced to suit your team. The Organisation Design Engagement typically takes four to six weeks from the first interview to the final report, depending on organisation size.
Do you work with small companies or only large organisations?
We work with both. The Team Alignment Workshop suits teams of five or more. The Leadership Development Series is often run for groups of eight to twenty managers. The Organisation Design Engagement is most useful for companies with fifty or more people who are feeling the friction of growth, but we have also supported smaller firms going through change.
Can sessions be held at our premises?
Yes. We come to you whenever it suits. Holding the session in your own space often helps people settle in more quickly. We can also arrange a neutral venue in Kuala Lumpur if that works better for your team.
What do the prices listed cover?
Each price covers facilitation time, preparation, and the written deliverable described for that engagement. Travel within Klang Valley is included. For engagements requiring travel outside Klang Valley, we discuss logistics and any additional costs upfront before you commit.
How do we get started?
The simplest way is to use the contact form below or give us a call. We will set up a short conversation — usually thirty minutes — to understand your situation and suggest which engagement, if any, makes sense for where your team is right now.
Is the content of our sessions kept confidential?
Yes. We treat everything shared during planning calls, workshops, and interviews as confidential to your organisation. We do not share specifics with other clients. If you have particular confidentiality requirements, we are glad to discuss those before we begin.
